The 52nd AGM will be held on Saturday 1st February 2025 at the Atherstone Red Lion Hotel - 99 Long Street, Atherstone, CV9 1BB. This is the same venue as last year. Registration will open from 2pm, with a chance for a coffee and a catch-up before starting the AGM proper at 2.30pm.
The meeting is open to all, but only members will be eligible to vote. Members will be required to renew their membership for 2025 before the date of the meeting.
Please note that any proposed amendments to the constitution, any proposals and any nominations for election to council must be notified at least 28 days before the meeting.
There are currently a number of vacant positions on council – including Treasurer, Chair of Education and Development, Chair of Technology, and Chair of Communications – Luke Taylor and Richard Haw are currently filling the latter two roles on a co-opted basis.

We look forward to seeing as many people as possible at the meeting. If a member cannot attend, then you they can nominate another member to hold their proxy and vote accordingly. Proxies should be lodged 72 hours before the meeting. Council members unfortunately cannot carry proxies. For the avoidance of doubt, any band who holds membership can nominate a member of that band to attend and vote, it does not have to be the corps director of bandmaster who attends
