After a short summer break, BYBA returns to the competition field in September. There are 3 competitions left until the end of the season; bands have been split out into classes and the stage is set, now all that's needed is you!

Leicester - 4th September

The first competition of the second half takes place at Saffron Lane Athletics Stadium, Leicester. Hosted by the BYBA Midlands region, this competition will see 6 bands take to the competition field.

There will be key battles taking place all through the leagues - Phantom Knights and Revolution will be fighting it out for the top spot in Premier Class, Liberty will be aiming for promotion from Championship Class, and Lanesfield will be aiming to score higher than newcomers Syston Scout & Guide Band and Stafford Brigades!

Tickets are just £2 for adults or FREE for under 18s - what a bargain!

Stafford - 18th September

The penultimate show of the season sees 5 bands in competition, along with the Comets joining in exhibition. As it currently stands there will be 3 bands in Championship Class - although, this could all change depending on the results from the Leicester competition!

Marston Road will play host to the Comets, Lanesfield BB/GB band, Phantom Knights, Revolution, Stafford Brigades, and Warwick Corps of Drums - what a fantastic day of banding!

National Championships - 2nd October

This is it - what our season all boils down to. The National Championships event will see bands battle it out to take divisional titles, and to see who has been crowned League Champions!

The National Championships, held at Steel Park in Corby, will see all the bands that have competed over the season return to the competition field.

Who will take the top honours, and see all their hard work over the season pay off?
