BYBA Council Meeting – 3rd March
Last Sunday (3rd March) saw the newly-elected BYBA Council meet for the first time since the AGM

The AGM held on 27th September 2024 in Atherstone was well attended, with 20 people in attendance and a further 3 bands being represented by proxy.

2024 Membership Now Open
Membership of the British Youth Band Association for 2024 is now open! Join us for our 50th Anniversary year and help us celebrate in style.
I&E Postponed
The 2023 Individuals and Ensembles (I&E) competiton, scheduled for Sunday 19th November, is unfortunately being postponed until the new year. We are currently exploring dates around the end of January and will confirm a new date in due course.
51st BYBA AGM
The 51st AGM will be held on Saturday 27th January 2024 at a venue to be confirmed in the Midlands. The exact time is also to be confirmed but will be in the afternoon.
Individuals and Ensembles 2023
BYBA's Individuals and Ensembles (I&E) competition is your chance to stand up and show the rest of the banding world what you're capable of. We have categories to accommodate everyone. Play flute? No problem! The woodwind category’s for you. Want to show off your moves with a rifle? Of course! Individual colourguard is your category. Oh, you have a beatboxing grime collective? We have no idea what that is – but no worries at all! There’s the entertainment category for you.
BYBA National Championships 2023
There's just a month to go until the BYBA National Championships take place at Steel Park, Corby, on the 8th October. Bands and corps from across the UK will fight it out for the title of National Champions!
